Elena has a wealth of experience in M&A consulting, joint venture establishment, and general dealmaking. Before joining Aspring Capital, she worked for international firms Beiten Burkhardt, Baker McKenzie, and EY.
Elena holds a degree in Law from Tomsk State University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Passau in Germany.
