Established in 2013, Aspring Capital is a prominent independent investment banking group with an exceptional track record of significant transactions within the Russian market.

We provide advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, capital market transactions, and equity financing.

Our first clients were pharmaceutical and e-commerce companies, but our current portfolio covers all pivotal sectors. Over the past decade, we have successfully facilitated more than 35 transactions for industry leaders in diverse sectors, such as internet, telecommunications, media and technology, healthcare, retail and consumer goods.

Aspring Capital has three offices located in Moscow, Dubai, and Almaty.
