Liliya Iost

Liliya brings over a decade of experience in finance, consulting, and accounting. Prior to joining Aspring Capital, she held positions at the investment and consulting firm CFC Management and the investment company Leanvest.

At Aspring Capital, she advises clients on tax structuring and international settlements. Liliya has played a key role in several landmark transactions, including the sale of YClients to VK Group and the sale of leading jewelry brand SOKOLOV to a private investor.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Financial University, is ACCA-qualified in financial reporting, and is a member of both the European Accounting Association and the International Association for Accounting Education and Research.
