Natalya is an HR professional with more than 15 years of experience recruiting mid- and high-level executives in Russia and other countries. She worked for Antal International, a British HR agency, and top Russian financial institutions such as UFG, Troika Dialog, and Sberbank CIB. She also has experience starting her own business.
Natalya’s expertise lies in finding candidates for positions in various sectors, including public and private investment, advanced technology, IT, FinTech, and EdTech. Her clients include KPMG, the Russia-China Investment Fund, Deutsche Bank, private equity funds, family offices, and high-tech start-ups focusing on new economy sectors like IT, biotechnology, and education.
