Stepan Gorbunov

Before joining Aspring Capital, Stepan worked at DOM.RF Bank, where he handled transactions on the debt and equity capital markets. He has also held positions at Sistema Capital Management Company and Segezha Group.

As part of the Aspring Capital team, Stepan has been involved in a number of landmark transactions in the retail and fintech sectors, most notably the publicly announced sale of Beri Zaryad! to Yandex and sale of Russia’s leading jewellery brand, SOKOLOV to private investor.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the State University of Management and is a graduate of the prestigious “School of Finance” program.
