Aspring Capital experts spoke at an open online Lecture for Students of The Experts: School of Finance

February 14, 2026, Moscow — Anton Fedotov, director of Aspring Capital, as well as project managers Stepan Gorbunov and Svyatoslav Safronov took part in an online lecture for students of The Experts: School of Finance. Experts presented an overview of the Russian M&A market by the end of 2025.

During the meeting, experts from the investment banking team analyzed the key trends of the past year and shared their forecasts for the development of the mergers and acquisitions market in 2026. They also talked about the recent publicly announced transactions of Aspring Capital, which allowed the students to see the real mechanics of the work of investment bankers.In addition, during the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions about a career in investment banking: experts spoke about the necessary competencies for a successful start and the specifics of building a career in M&A.
