July 13, Moscow, 2026 - Aspring Capital is the general partner of The Experts: School of Finance 2026 case Championship, an annual competition for students and young professionals seeking to develop in corporate finance and M&A

The participants will have to act as financial consultants and sort out the real task associated with the potential sale of a large business.:
▪ evaluate the fair value of the company (DCF, market multipliers)
▪ analyze the market situation and the risks of the transaction
▪ consider potential buyers — strategic and financial investors
to prepare a financial model and a presentation with an informed recommendation

Winners and prize-winners receive benefits upon admission to the annual School of Finance 2026/27 program, as well as career opportunities from the partners of the championship, including Aspring Capital. In addition, representatives of Aspring Capital will participate in the final jury and share their expertise with the participants of the championship.

Registration for the case championship is open until August 9th.
