April 26, 2025, Moscow — Aspring Capital executives took an active part in The Experts 2025 forum. Alexey Kupriyanov, Director at Aspring Capital, joined the panel discussion “Forecasting Trends in Consulting and Investment Banking”, while HR Business Partner Natalia Mirskaya participated in the discussion “Talent Shortage in Consulting and Finance.”

Alexey Kupriyanov spoke about the key trends shaping today’s investment banking market. He highlighted the growing importance of adaptability and flexibility within IB teams in a shifting economic environment and emphasized the value of mentorship and practice-oriented educational initiatives.

“Investment banking today demands not only deep expertise but also the ability to adapt swiftly to market changes. At Aspring Capital, we view this not as a challenge, but as an opportunity — to grow, to rethink how we work, and to pass on our experience. Without structured training and strong mentorship, we won’t be able to build the teams that will lead the industry into the future,” said Alexey Kupriyanov, Director of Aspring Capital.

Natalia Mirskaya took part in a panel on the talent shortage in consulting and finance, joining Natalia Guseva (VTB Capital CIB), Elizaveta Rubtsova (Ozon Bank), and Marina Liborakina (TECHNORED), with moderation by Anastasia Usanova (SBS Consulting).

“The talent shortage in consulting and finance is not just a challenge — it’s also a catalyst for exploring new ways of engaging with talent. Companies that create flexible career paths and invest in employee development gain a powerful competitive edge,” said Natalia Mirskaya, HR Business Partner at Aspring Capital.
