April 21, 2022, Moscow — Aspring Capital is proud to have received one of the most esteemed accolades of the year at the Russia M&A Awards. Our firm has been named the number one Russian M&A Advisor.

Throughout 2021, we provided advisory services on several noteworthy public transactions. These include the $957 million acquisition of VimpelCom’s tower infrastructure by Service-Telecom, the sale of Reg.ru (one of Russia’s leading hosting providers), and the sale of the largest regional clinics chain to Medsi Group.

The award ceremony was held on April 21, 2022 as part of the M&A Congress organized by PREQVECA, Mergers.ru, and Cbonds Congress. This annual award recognizes top-ranking players in the mergers and acquisitions sector.
